As beaches reopen, businesses reel from 4 months of 'stay home' orders

Oceanside beaches (above) reopened in June, with some COVID-19 social distancing restrictions; hiking and biking in the local hills (L) of Menifee has seen a surge in activity since stay home orders, but life support for southwestern Riverside County businesses (R) as this one in Temecula, is running short.

Yet, chronic lower respiratory disease (asthma, COPD) is a Riverside County public health concern.
