Not by book: Library's 1-hour limit

Like a chapter from 'Farenheit 451,' public libraries under the cloud of COVID-19 limit patrons to one hour per day visits, yet the restriction is absent from official websites. One of two security guards at the San Diego Mission Valley site (photos) recently told a taxpayer tabulating 2020 taxes, 'Time to go.  You have been here one hour' and pointed to the exit. There were just three patrons in the 19,760 square foot library.
